Water Pumps

Plants need water to grow. They will require 1 unit of water when being planted, and the wonders will consume 1 unit of water every 12 hours.
You can get Water from Fish type POIs, gathering points, and from water pumps.
The water pumps are passive producers, and will produce 1 unit of water every 2 hours, stopping when their internal inventory reaches 50 units. You can get the water at any time.
